Cooperstown's first and only farm distillery offers award-winning hand-crafted spirits, made with almost all New York State grown grains. Cooperstown Distillery boasts a recently rated Bourbon (listed with a score of 95 in The Whisky Bible), a new Single Malt Whiskey and endless awards for all of their offerings.
With two locations right in the heart of Cooperstown, the Distillery showcases a fabulous 'field to flask' experience, offering distiller-led TOURS of their production facility (on Saturdays - call for details).
They offer TASTING COUNTERS at both the Distillery ( 11 Railroad Ave.) and at their second location, Cooperstown Beverage Exchange ( 73 Main Street).
The Beverage Exchange is a tasting room, retail shop and local favorite hang out spot . Purchases can be " cash and carry" or enjoyed at the bar and unique lounge. “The Bev” is a great cozy and eclectic hangout, serving craft cocktails, beers and ciders and features live entertainment on the weekends and periodically throughout the week.
We strongly advise that you check business websites or call ahead for the most up-to-date information on possible limited hours and whether reservations are necessary or not.

Known as baseball’s birthplace, but home to so much more, Cooperstown is a place where legends roam hallowed halls, swing away on diamonds, and take to the stage under a canopy of stars. The historic village boasts a vibrant arts scene, excellent local food and beverage options, luxury accommodations, and, of course, more baseball than you can shake a bat at.
